HOW TO SUBMIT VIDEO Either send us a link to your video on Vimeo or Youtube, or email us using the form on the left and we'll send you a link to our YouSendIt account. Preferred formats are quicktime (.mov), Windows Media Video (.wmv), or compressed AVI (.avi). Preferred compression codecs are h264 and mpeg-4, with mp3, wma, or aac audio. For AVIs, good video codecs are divx or xvid. HOW TO SUBMIT IMAGES Email 'em through to us! matt@flying-kicks.com Preferred formats are jpeg, gif and png.
